At Precisionlines, we are committed to providing exceptional cosmetic tattoo services to our clients. PRIVACY & SAFETY
At Precisionlines, we take your privacy and safety seriously. We use the highest standards of security to protect your personal information. We only use third-party banking for payment verification and do not store your credit card information. We collect data to improve our services, but we never share or sell your information to third parties.If you have any questions or concerns about our privacy and safety policies, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We require all our clients to agree to the terms and conditions set out below for all services.
In utilising any service at Precisionlines, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following:

Booking Fees/Deposits
​
50% deposit is required to book all services with Precisionlines
Once any payment has been made you are bind to these terms and conditions
If your booking fee is not received at least 72hrs prior to your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled
Your deposit can be held for rescheduled appointments with at least 72 hours notice.
The amount paid in your booking fee will be deducted from the total from the day.
All booking fees are STRICTLY non-refundable.
Cancellations made less than 72hrs before your appointment or no shows will occur an additional charge of 50% of the balance of your service total.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment it will be cancelled and incur an additional charge of 50% of the balance of your service total

Refunds of Service(s)

Precisionlines does not refund any service(s)
Once a deposit is paid, you are committing to your appointment and your chosen procedure.
There are no refunds for change of mind or when we begin the service(s).

Child Safety Policy / Guests
​
We ask that you attend your appointment alone.
Due to safety risk of children – we have a no child policy as it is a risk of their health and safety.

Hygiene Policy
​
If there are any blemishes, active cold sores or infections in the area to be treated, our team will not be able to perform the procedure until it has completely cleared. If you are unsure if you have limitations for treatment, please ask upon booking to avoid disappointment or loss of deposit.

Gift Voucher Policy
​
Please choose carefully when purchasing online gift vouchers – we do not offer refunds for gift vouchers. Our gift vouchers are one-time use and cannot be redeemed by multiple people or for services other than the treatment or value purchased. Vouchers can be redeemed at both Robina and Coomera locations and do not expire. Please keep a copy of the voucher emailed to you to present at your appointment – you can print or simply display directly from your device. You can also redeem your voucher code when using our online booking system – this will eliminate the need to pay a deposit when creating your booking. Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash or services other than the specified value. If you have further questions regarding our gift vouchers please contact us prior to purchase.

Guarantee and Booking Policy
​
Procedural and skin types vary, as does the level of aftercare taken by clients. The outcome of the procedure can be affected by this as well as by the symmetry of the facial features, the skin type and tone, underlying blood vessels etc. Before and after care instructions are given to ensure a good result, failing to follow these instructions may have an impact your results. Whilst every effort is taken to ensure the best possible result, we unfortunately cannot guarantee results. We will always do our best to rectify or adjust where deemed necessary to get the outcome that you desire.

Touch ups are scheduled to ensure that we can get the best possible healed result. We understand that things may come up that may change the time frame of your appointment. Your second visit for your brows needs to be performed 6-8 weeks after your initial appointment.
If you cannot have your touch up within 3 months - You will need to book back in for a first time appointment.
Medical history and allergies that may prevent you from having cosmetic tattoo procedures must be disclosed in your booking form prior to attending your booking.
In rare cases where you may experience allergic reactions, Precisionlines will not be held liable, please seek medical attention immediately
